- Work Environment Optimization Requirements — This structured report describes business challenges faced by the organization, strategies identified to overcome challenges, and the work-environment (e.g., tools, processes, resources) optimization that is required to implement the business strategy and overcome business challenges.
- Field Enablement Requirements — This report is the result of collecting, analyzing, and explaining the requirements (e.g., training, tools, support, partnerships, incentives) to sell and/or deliver new products, services, and solutions.
