This service analyzes business challenges and strategy to define what is required in terms of employee performance, competencies, and learning preferences, and what is required in the work environment to achieve business results. Depending on each client’s needs and opportunities, this service provides the client with the following:

 

  • Work Environment Optimization Requirements — This structured report describes business challenges faced by the organization, strategies identified to overcome challenges, and the work-environment (e.g., tools, processes, resources) optimization that is required to implement the business strategy and overcome business challenges.
  • Field Enablement Requirements — This report is the result of collecting, analyzing, and explaining the requirements (e.g., training, tools, support, partnerships, incentives) to sell and/or deliver new products, services, and solutions.
  • Learner Preference — This report describes how current employees gain the needed skills and knowledge to perform their job, explains their preferred means for learning, measures employees’ utilization of current learning programs and resources and the perceived value of those programs and resources to employees, and makes recommendations for optimization.
