Since 1998, Productivity Dynamics has established and nurtured collaborative relationships with clients worldwide. Productivity Dynamics is an industry leader in developing skill profiles and measuring the business impact of learning solutions. Our client base includes both the private and public sectors, and our services have been used successfully by clients including Cisco, HPE, IBM, Intuit, Adobe, Verizon, Xilinx, Salesforce Cognizant, Chevron, Corning, Samsung, and the U.S. Postal Service, as well as the Association for Talent Development (ATD). We have developed skill profiles for sales, marketing, engineering, services, legal, human resources, quality, finance services, operations, and supply chain, at both individual contributor and manager / executive levels.
Productivity Dynamics has defined and implemented measurement strategies for various audiences (e.g., sales, management, and technical communities), for various content areas (e.g., sales, leadership, on-boarding, and technical), for various learning and development methods (e.g., facilitated learning, e-learning, blended learning, and on-the-job learning), and for various performance improvement initiatives (e.g., process improvement, methodology and tool introduction, and incentive program optimization). Although Productivity Dynamics is based in the U.S., it has conducted measurement programs for worldwide initiatives: collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from employees in America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Productivity Dynamics has the capability to collect data in various languages, including English, French, German, Mandarin, and Japanese.
Productivity Dynamics was founded by Reza Sisakhti, who currently serves as the managing director. Prior to founding Productivity Dynamics, Reza was the director of Research and Learning Strategies Consulting at Gartner. He was responsible for developing strategic business plans, interfacing with clients, identifying clients’ strategic directions, and defining business requirements and learning strategies to improve employee productivity through learning solutions. Reza’s books include: (1) Effective Learning Environments: Creating a Successful Strategy for Your Organization provides practical guidelines for creating successful learning solutions in support of corporations’ business strategy, and (2) Success in Selling: Developing a World-Class Sales Ecosystem defines sales competencies and presents timely research on key trends reshaping today’s sales profession.
Reza Sisakhti received a Ph.D. in instructional systems technology from Indiana University in 1983. Reza also received an MBA from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire in 1992.
