Productivity Dynamics, Inc. was founded by Reza Sisakhti, who currently serves as the managing director. Prior to founding Productivity Dynamics, Reza was the director of Research and Learning Strategies Consulting at Gartner. He was responsible for developing strategic business plans, interfacing with clients, identifying clients’ strategic directions, and defining business requirements and learning strategies to improve employee productivity through learning solutions.
