The ability of you and your team to drive a project of this size and deliver the results on schedule was a pocket of excellence rarely seen in our industry. Your performance, to say the least, was outstanding. The impact your work will have on our Readiness and Planning organization will be profound. Your “Backward Chaining” approach and your objectivity in developing the findings and recommendations truly made phase one of this project successful. Your ability to present the findings and recommendations in an unbiased manner to our senior leadership teams has helped us gain approval for the recommendations and entry into phase two of the project. As a result of this work, I believe we will be able to take a more holistic approach to defining the work we do and organizing around it."
